Board Butter

I did not believe this product would work as well as the description and other reviews said it would, but it turned out even better than I expected. The pictures I included are of an old board halfway through a single coat of the board butter, then the same board fully coated. I believe the images speak for themselves. The butter also smells quite nice while you're applying it, and the scent fades to too faint to notice after it dries in for an hour or so.

I have five epicurean boards that I have had for so many years that they have become old friends. It may seem excessive but I have a small board each for bread, fruit, and veg, a medium for raw meat and a large to lay out a charcuterie "spread". Being years old they were looking relatively unworn but dried out and blotchy in color. I wish I had taken before and after photos but here is the after! The colour is restored and they look almost new! Board Butter! Who knew?
